Prince Harry is opening up about coping with his mother, Princess Diana’s death in a wide-ranging interview for an Apple TV+ documentary series, The Me You Can’t See. The Duke of Sussex said that he used alcohol to numb the pain of his mother’s death after a car crash in Paris in 1997. The Duke opened up about his mental health and how alcohol abuse helped him cope with the emotional pain and trauma. Talking to Oprah Winfrey in the docu-series about mental health, Harry said, “I was willing to drink, I was willing to take drugs, I was willing to try and do the things that made me feel less like I was feeling. I would probably drink a week’s worth in one day on a Friday or a Saturday night and I would find myself drinking not because I was enjoying it but because I was trying to mask something.”More Related News
