Pre-monsoon showers bring much needed relief to Mumbai

As the city welcomed pre-monsoon showers, netizens took to social media to share videos and images of Mumbai rains.

Ahead of onset of monsoon, rain lashed parts of Mumbai on Thursday, June 9. Thunder showers were recorded in Borivali, Goregaon, and Powai. According to the weather department, the monsoon is progressing normally and will likely reach Maharashtra in the next two days.
