
PM security lapse: Everything under purview of inquiry committee, says former Ferozepur SSP on India Today sting

On January 5, PM Modi's convoy was stuck on a flyover in Punjab's Ferozepur for 20 minutes as protesters blocked the road.
Former Senior Superintendent of Police Ferozepur told India Today TV that everything related to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's security lapse in Punjab is now under the purview of the inquiry committee.
Former SSP Harmandeep Singh Hans said, "The matter is now under the purview of the inquiry committee now and I will explain everything there." Harmandeep was transferred after the incident and posted as Commandant 3rd IRB, Ludhiana.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
