Both students and parents can use this book to help themselves manage their stress during the CBSE and ICSE board exam season. The new arts of the book would "substantive new parts have been added that would especially interest the parents and teachers", said PM Modi. He also said that several new parts of the book were added as per the inputs given by students, parents, and teachers.
