People wade through knee-deep water on waterlogged Delhi-Gurugram expressway | Watch

Due to heavy rains in the area, the Delhi-Gurugram expressway was inundated and pedestrians resorted to commuting in knee-deep water on main roads.
Following heavy downpours in Delhi and the NCR, pedestrians on Thursday were compelled to walk through severely inundated lanes and main roads. In visuals accessed by India Today, the Delhi-Gurugram expressway, heavily jammed, witnessed the usual traffic on a rainy day.
Pedestrians, in long queues on the submerged roadsides, commuted through water-logged areas. Water logging was recorded in Haryana.

"Haryana & Chandigarh on 22nd East Uttar Pradesh during 22nd, 23rd,25th and 26th September and over East Rajasthan on 22nd-24th September. Isolated very heavy rainfall is also likely over East Rajasthan and West Uttar Pradesh on 22nd September 2022," the India Meteorological Department said earlier today.
