Pedestrian severely injured in hit and run, London police say

A pedestrian is in hospital with serious injuries after a crash early Monday morning in London's east end.
Emergency crews responded to a hit and run at 3 a.m. at the intersection of Highbury Avenue North and Florence Street.
The man was taken to the hospital. The vehicle involved fled the scene before the police arrived.
Police say they're using a drone to help with their investigation.
