Sudha Chandran was known to be a dancing prowess. Her love for dance is not a secret. So, on the occasion of International Dance Day today, April 29, the actress took to social media to wish her followers with a picture of herself in a traditional red and gold saree. She also penned a note on the importance of dance in her life. In 1981, Sudha Chandran hurt her leg in a road accident near Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu while coming back from Madras with her parents. Despite losing a leg early on in life, Sudha remained strong and continued her passion for dancing. Sudha Chandran took to her official Instagram account to share a throwback photo of herself in which she is seen decked up in a traditional red saree with golden blouse. She completed her look with heavy jewellery and an elaborate gold crown and looked like a Goddess. In her caption, she revealed what dance means to her. Sudha Chandran wrote, "Happy international Dance Day....dance for me is celebration of life ..dance is the reason of my existence (sic)."
