NSA against those disrupting public harmony, says Tamil Nadu DGP amid petrol bomb hurling incidents

The Tamil Nadu DGP has given a stern warning to miscreants in the state saying that those involved in criminal acts which disturb public peace will be booked under the National Security Act.

Amid multiple incidents of petrol bomb hurling in Tamil Nadu, state DGP C Sylendra Babu has issued a stern warning against those involved in unlawful activities.

The DGP warned miscreants that NSA (National Security Act) would be slapped against those causing disruption to public harmony.

“Those involved in criminal acts which disturb public peace will be booked under the National Security Act,” said Tamil Nadu DGP.

As per the latest update, RAF and State Commandos and Special Force are deployed at Coimbatore after petrol bomb hurling incidents.

Tamil Nadu reported six cases of petrol bomb hurling within a week. Two more petrol bomb hurling incidents were reported in Tamil Nadu on Sunday, making the count of such incidents to go up by six.
