Noida to launch 122 residential plots during Navratri this year

As per reports, the Noida Authority has decided to launch a residential scheme comprising 122 plots. The Authority is planning to launch the said scheme on Thursday, this week.
The Noida Authority is all set to launch a residential scheme comprising 122 plots in Noida this week. Reportedly, the market is in full swing due to Navratri, Diwali and other festivities. Therefore, to take advantage of improved market sentiments, the Noida Authority is planning to launch the residential scheme on Thursday, this week.
According to a report published in the Times of India (TOI), the plots will be available across 18 sectors in Noida, including Sector 33, 34, 35, 41, 44, 51, 53, 61, 71, 72, 93B and 105. Meanwhile, the prices of the plots per square metre will vary between Rs 64,790 and Rs 1.88 lakh.
