Nobel laureate Kailash Satyarthi and global economist Dr. Jeffrey Sachs were conferred with honorary doctorates by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (Amrita University), recognized as the fifth-best university in India as per the 2021 NIRF rankings, has conferred its first honorary doctorates on Kailash Satyarthi, Nobel Peace Laureate, and Dr. Jeffrey Sachs, Global Economist for Sustainable Development.
