
No option but to wait another month to open up Maharashtra malls: Shopping Centres Association

It would take at least a month before a sizeable number of staff get both the doses of vaccine and meet the criteria provided there is no shortage of the jabs, the Shopping Centres Association of India said.
Maharashtra had allowed malls to open up last week after months of closure. However, the state government made it mandatory for all the employees and staff members working in malls to be fully vaccinated, having completed 14 days after the second dose. It would take at least a month before a sizeable number of staff get both the doses of vaccine and meet the criteria provided there is no shortage of the jabs, the Shopping Centres Association of India (SCAI) said in a statement.

He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
