A week after a four-storey building collapsed in Delhi's Sabzi Mandi area, authorities have submitted an investigation report saying that no one is responsible for the incident that claimed the lives of two children.

No one is responsible for the building collapse in North Delhi's congested Sabzi Mandi area last week that led to the death of two children, a report submitted in connection with the matter said.

An investigation was launched after a four-storey building in the Sabzi Mandi area in Delhi collapsed last week. Two brothers, aged seven and 12, had succumbed to their injuries after being trapped under the debris, officials said.
