In its bail order of Sameer Khan, son-in-law of NCP leader Nawab Malik, a special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) court relied on the fact that prima facie there was no evidence of a drugs syndicate except for the statement of Khan and the co-accused involved in the case.
Sameer Khan was arrested by NCB on January 13 this year after the NCB claimed that he had conspired to procure, sale, purchase and transport 194.6 kg of ganja. Khan and five others were charged for dealing with commercial quantities of the drug, a crime that carries a maximum punishment of 20 years.

Lalu Prasad Yadav's elder son, Tej Pratap, is speaking of wisdom and devotion again. He's no longer the Krishna bhakt that he was. He is now sporting saffron attire in Reels, and is propagating Shiva bhakti. His new Instagram handle is SantTejPratapYadav. After political and personal isolation, Teju bhaiya seems to have found solace in Rudraksha, Shiva bhajans and the Shiva Puran.
