Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has come under attack from both the alliance partner Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the opposition Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) after 11 people died on Saturday in Nalanda district after consuming tainted liquor.
In light of recent hooch tragedies in the state, former chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi's Hindustani Yuva Morcha demanded that the prohibition law be repealed.
