
New Rahul Gandhi has emerged, says Congress as Bharat Jodo Yatra enters Day 2 in Karnataka

Bharat Jodo Yatra resumed from Tondavadi Gate in Karnataka's Chamarajanagara on Saturday after a rain-induced delay. Rahul Gandhi, who is leading the yatra, was flanked by state chief DK Shivakumar and others.
A new Rahul Gandhi and Congress have emerged from the Bharat Jodo Yatra, said senior leader Jairam Ramesh, as the grand-old party long yatra resumed from Tondavadi Gate in Karnataka's Chamarajanagara on Saturday after a fresh spell of rain.
"It has forced the BJP and RSS on the backfoot and made them nervous, because a new Rahul Gandhi has emerged and a new Congress party has emerged from this Bharat Jodo Yatra," Jairam Ramesh said as the yatra entered its Karnataka leg.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.

India's original Dhurandhar, Ravindra Kaushik, rose from acting at college theatres, to infiltrating the Pakistan Army as a RAW Agent. According to the police, 19-year-old Sachin Dharmendrabhai Chaudhary, who works as a labourer, had borrowed the money before expressing his inability to repay it immediately, police said. He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
