NEET candidate scores 570/720, result changes to 129 marks on website

A NEET candidate from Maharashtra scored 570/720 in the recently released results. However, when she checked on the second day, the number had changed to 129.

In Gadchandur, Chandrapur, Maharashtra, a NEET candidate is troubled at a confusion apparently created by National Testing Agency (NTA), the conducting body of NEET. On the day of the NEET UG results, Devti More checked online to see she received 570/720 marks.

Surprisingly, when she checked the same on the second day, the number had dropped to 129 without any explanation.

The student and her family are both shocked at this problem. Devti even sent a mail to NTA but hasn't received any response yet.

After the NEET UG results were declared, the family basked in the initial joy of the promise of a doctor in the family. But it was short-lived.

Devti checked the NEET result on her tablet and even took a screenshot. On the second day, when she logged into the NTA website again, she was shocked to see a much lower score.

"I checked the OMR sheet and the answer key and calculated that I got 570. On September 8, the NEET UG 2022 result also showed that I got 570 marks. But when I logged in the next day, I was shocked to see 129 as my score," says Devti.

"There must be some technical issue. I have sent a mail to NTA but no response has come yet," she adds.
