Neena Gupta is an avid Instagram user. On Monday, she gave a glimpse of her culinary skills! Yes, she shared an easy recipe of healthy tikkis and demonstrated the process of making them in a video.
The recipe is quite easy. All you need to do is steam some vegetables like a potato, a few beans, peas and half a carrot. You will also need to steam some daliya (porridge). Once done, put it all together in a vessel. Add finely chopped capsicum, mashed paneer, chopped green chillies, salt, and coriander leaves. Mash all the ingredients together.
The next step is to take a handful of the mixture and flatten it a bit to make a tikki. Dip it in egg white (optional) and then coat it with dried bread crumbs. Heat some oil in a pan and cook the tikkis well from both sides.
