NCERT has decided to review its syllabus and textbooks with the aim to reduce the burden on students for a "speedy recovery" from Covid-19 disruptions.
On December 15, Sridhar Srivastava, the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) director in charge wrote a letter to the heads of departments of the council.
