NCB suspects illegal phone tapping after leak of conversation between Sam D’Souza, official

On Sunday, Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik released a purported telephonic conversation between D'Souza and NCB official V V Singh.

NCB officials in Mumbai suspect that the purported telephonic conversation between Sam D'Souza and NCB official VV Singh that was leaked could be a result of phone tapping. NCB sources suspect that the NCB official VV Singh's phone was tapped after the agency's action on a retired Mumbai Police ACP's son in June 2021.
