Naxals kill policeman after abducting him in Chhattisgarh's Bijapur

A police sub-inspector was abducted and killed by Naxals in Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh, an official said on Saturday.

Naxals killed a police sub-inspector they abducted in the Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh three days ago, an official said on Saturday. The police sub-inspector, Murli Tati, had come to his home at Palnar when he was abducted by Naxals around 4 pm on April 21, Bijapur Superintendent of Police Kamlochan Kashyap said. Murli's family earlier appealed to Naxals to release him but to no avail
