Nani's The Paradise exits March race, new release date announced

March 2026 was shaping up to be one of the biggest months for pan-India releases, but the line-up has now changed, with Nani's The Paradise moving out of the crowded window.
March 2026 was initially shaping up as a crowded window for major pan-India releases, with several big-budget films targeting the same period. After Ram Charan’s Peddi moved out of the race, Nani’s The Paradise has now also shifted from its scheduled March release, altering the line-up for the month.
Director Srikanth Odela shared the update on social media along with a new poster, writing, “I don’t want to rush. I need some time to deliver it.” The post confirmed the film’s new release date as August 21, 2026.
The project was earlier slated to hit theatres on March 26, but reports suggest the delay is due to pending production and post-production work.
With The Paradise moving out, the March release window is now expected to be led by Yash’s Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups and Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge. The shift reduces what was expected to be a four-way clash between major pan-India titles.
The Paradise features a cast that includes Raghav Juyal, Mohan Babu and Sampoornesh Babu, with additional pan-India names. Music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under SLV Cinemas, The Paradise is planned for release in eight languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, English and Spanish. The film marks the second collaboration between Nani and Srikanth Odela after Dasara (2023), which crossed the Rs 100 crore mark and became the actor’s highest-grossing film.
