
Namma Metro extends services for IPL 2025 matches in Bengaluru

BMTC has also announced special bus services for cricket fans travelling to and from M. Chinnaswamy Stadium for the IPL 2025 matches. The bus services will be available on April 2, 10, 18, 24, and May 3, 13, and 17.
In a move to facilitate travel for cricket enthusiasts, the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has announced the extension of Namma Metro services during the Tata Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 matches scheduled to be held in Bengaluru.
Metro services will be extended on match days, which are April 2, 10, 18, and 24, as well as May 3, 13, and 17. The last trains from all four terminal stations — Whitefield (Kadugodi), Challaghatta, Silk Institute, and Madavara — will depart at 12.30 a.m. Additionally, the last train from Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Station Majestic towards all four directions will leave at 1.15 a.m.
BMRCL has urged people to take the metro to watch the matches.
