Mumbai man murders ailing girlfriend to avoid marrying her

A shocker from Navi Mumbai saw a man killing his girlfriend with a Ketamine injection. The accused told the police that the woman was diagnosed with a deadly disease and, therefore, he did not want to marry her and committed the crime under the pretext of treating her illness. According to Panvel Police Station officials, on May 29, dead body of a woman was found in the Panvel area where an airport had been proposed. Cops sent the body for post mortem and started investigating the case. The body could not be immediately identified as it did not have any ID or documents. On Sunday, an auto driver found a plastic bag with an Aadhar card, a purse and some clothes of a woman. Later, another person, identifying himself as Ramesh Thombre and the brother of the deceased woman, came to the police station and identified the body. He also identified the objects found by the auto driver and confirmed that they belonged to her.More Related News
