The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation used drones for fumigation in the Dhobi Ghat area of Mumbai to prevent the spread of dengue and malaria.
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) used drones for fumigation in the Dhobi Ghat area of Mumbai on Monday to prevent the spread of dengue and malaria. Through battery-operated drones which can carry 10 litres of insecticide, the BMC is planning to cover commercial areas with workshops where breeding spots are found. Last week, the Public Health Department of BMC released its report on the number of infections due to monsoon-related diseases.More Related News
