Mumbai begins to buzz again; footfall grows, curbs ease in Bollywood city

Amid dipping positivity rates, classic Mumbai buzz is showing up again. As CM Uddhav Thackeray has eased restrictions in the city, footfall in city offices and markets is gradually getting back to normal.
