Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray has informed people about postponing his Ayodhya visit via Twitter.
Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray has put his much-talked-about Ayodhya visit on hold. Amid threats and protests from Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, BJP MP from UP, the MNS chief’s move came as a surprise.
In a tweet, Raj Thackeray said his visit to Ayodhya had been suspended. He has also appealed to Maharashtra sainiks to attend his rally in Pune on May 22.

Meanwhile, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said he had no idea why Raj Thackeray had dropped his planned visit to Ayodhya, but minister Aditya Thackeray will visit Ayodhya with hundreds of Shiv Sainiks on June 15.
He also offered help from Shiv Sena's pilgrimage cell, in case needed. However, Raut advised Raj not to fall prey to BJP's tactics in the future as they only used Maharashtra's leadership for their political gain.
Meanwhile, MNS leader Sandip Deshpande took a dig at Raut saying he did not watch Kapil Sharma's comedy show in the morning. He also clarified that the MNS chief will tell the reason behind the stalled Ayodhya's visit during his upcoming rally in Pune.
