A Mizoram MLA has written to President Ram Nath Kovind seeking a free and fair trial over the death of a female Assam Rifles personnel whose body was reportedly found in a forest in Nagaland's Dimapur area. Mizoram MLA Dr K Pachhunga has alleged that she was kidnapped, raped and murdered. On September 3, the body of the 20-year-old old female Assam Rifles personnel was found inside a forest area at Shokhuvi village on the outskirts of Dimapur. The woman hailed from Mizoram’s Lunglei district.More Related News
