A 16-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by seven in Haryana's Bhiwani city for the last six months. The accused are absconding while a case has been registered against them.
Bhiwani Police in Haryana has booked seven people accused of gang-raping a 16-year-old girl in the city. As per a complaint given by the girl's father, the accused have been booked under sections 376DA (Punishment for gang rape on a woman under sixteen years of age), 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
