Doha, Qatar: Max Fashion, the region’s leading value fashion brand, has achieved a new milestone in its journey of inclusivity and empowerment with the launch of its first-ever all-women operated store at Doha Mall. Spanning an impressive 20,631sqft on the ground floor, this flagship presence represents both a celebration of fashion and a powerful statement on women’s leadership in retail.
The new store is staffed entirely by women, 20 team members representing diverse nationalities and backgrounds, marking a landmark step forward for women’s participation in the retail sector in Qatar. From store management to styling, customer service, and operations, every role in this space is powered by women.
