The trailer for the film Masters of the Universe has been released, featuring the iconic character He-Man declaring, "I have the power." Directed by Travis Knight, the movie reimagines the classic saga as a live-action sci-fi action adventure.
The story follows Prince Adam, played by Nicholas Galitzine, who returns to his home planet, Eternia, after 15 years. Summoned by the mystical Sword of Power, Adam discovers that his world is under the control of the ruthless Skeletor, portrayed by Jared Leto.
With his kingdom on the verge of collapse, Adam joins forces with his allies Teela (Camila Mendes) and Duncan, also known as Man-At-Arms (Idris Elba), as he embraces his destiny to become He-Man.
The trailer showcases the film’s blend of sci-fi elements and action, emphasising the struggle between good and evil on the planet Eternia. Audiences can expect high-octane sequences and a narrative centred on heroism and destiny.
