Arvind Sawant, an MP from Maharashtra, has written to the central government seeking clarification regarding the conduction of school and university exams this year.
During the uncertainty caused in the education sector due to the Covid-19 surge across the country, Maharashtra MP Arvind Sawant has written to Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal regarding the conduction of school and college exams. Yesterday, South Mumbai Arvind Sawant ji has written to Union Min, HRD for national consensus and central guidance on 10th/12th exams instead of various states taking different decisions that will affect student lives & careers for CBSE, ICSE, IB, GCSE & state boards. https://t.co/49xheN95pu In his letter, Arvind Sawant has asked the central government to provide clarity to the states regarding the conduction of the university, college, and school exams, as the number of Covid-19 cases across the country is on the rise again. He also addressed the concerns of the students who are set to appear for the board exams this year, asking the central government to ensure that there is “no discrimination” between students of different states with regard to safety measures during the Covid-19 surge.
