Madras High Court has asked Shankar and Lyca Productions to sort out their differences amicably. Lyca Productions filed a petition seeking a ban on Shankar from directing other films before the completion of Indian 2.
Lyca Productions, the producers of Kamal Haasan-starrer Indian 2, had filed a petition with Madras High Court seeking a ban on director Shankar from directing films before the completion of their film. After hearing the case, the Madras High Court directed the two parties to sort out their differences amongst themselves. The case has now been adjourned to April 28. The shooting of Indian 2 came to an abrupt halt in February 2020 after a massive crane crashed on the sets claiming lives of three people. Then, India went into lockdown to combat the novel coronavirus pandemic. Even after the government allowed film shoots to take place, Indian 2 did not resume.More Related News
