
Lucknow: 3 passengers arrested for misbehaving with IndiGo air hostess

Lucknow Police arrested three passengers on Saturday for allegedly misbehaving with an Indigo air hostess.
Three passengers were arrested for allegedly misbehaving with the air hostess of a Lucknow-bound Indigo flight on Saturday.
The passengers, identified as Pradip, Kuldip and Gyanendra, were apprehended after the cabin crew lodged a formal complaint with the police.
The passengers were flying from Hyderabad to Lucknow on the Indigo flight when the incident took place.
According to police, the cabin crew alleged in her complaint that the accused were drunk and misbehaved with her throughout the flight. The victim alerted Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel as soon as the plane touched down in Lucknow.
The accused were then handed over to the Sarojini Nagar police station and charged under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Further investigation into the case is underway.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. According to the police, 19-year-old Sachin Dharmendrabhai Chaudhary, who works as a labourer, had borrowed the money before expressing his inability to repay it immediately, police said. He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
