In the latest episode of Lock Upp, Ali Merchant said that Mandana Kairimi has similar traits to a 'gold digger'. Here's how Mandana reacted after Azma Fallah informed her about it.
In the latest episode of Ekta Kapoor's Lock Upp, contestant Ali Merchant made several comments about actress Mandana Karimi. The actor called her the most fake person of the show and even mentioned that the actress has similar traits to a gold digger. When Azma Fallah heard Ali's comments, she informed Mandana Kairimi about the same. While hitting back at Ali, Mandana opened up about her dating life.
In Lock Upp, Ali Merchant was seen talking to the camera and that's exactly when Azma Fallah overheard the conversation. "I think Mandana is the most fake person inside this house. I am not directly calling her a gold digger. But she has similar traits to a gold digger. They look for prey, earn their sympathy, get close to the prey, and pretend to be their best friends. She did the same, told sob stories about her family, she pretended to be friends with Zeeshan (Khan) and befriended me as well through him," said Ali.
After Azma informed Mandana about Ali's statements, the actress opened up about her dating life. The actress mentioned that she has dated several powerful men but it had nothing to do with their financial status.
"I may look fancy but I am spoiling myself with my money which I have earned. As far as my dating is concerned, yes, I have dated powerful men. Not because of their money. It is on record, that on many occasions I have broken up with a powerful man because it wasn't worth my time or life. I have never taken anything from anyone. In fact, many times my things have gone. They ruined my name and my life, as my ex did," said Mandana.
For the unaware, after being in a relationship for 2 years, Mandana Kairimi got married to Gaurav Gupta in 2017. A few months into their marriage, the actress filed a domestic violence case against Gaurav and his family. However, she withdrew the complaint later.
