Little John Oliver Zippay got a warm welcome from his friends and teachers after he returned to school beating cancer. The video of John receiving a standing ovation at school is from 2020, and was initially shared by his mother Megan Zippay on Facebook. However, it has surfaced on social media once again after a Twitter account named Buitengebieden shared it. The little boy is seen making his way amongst the crowd of boys and girls eagerly clapping to welcome him. John was only 6 at the time this video was recorded. In the 14-second video, John Oliver Zippay can be seen walking down his school hallway all smiles. John received his last chemo two days after Christmas (2019) and ended his three-year-long battle with the disease. He was diagnosed with lymphoblastic leukemia on November 1, 2016. “Six year old got welcomed back at his school with a standing ovation after beating leukemia..(sic),” video was shared on Twitter with this caption.
