A minor girl, allegedly raped and impregnated by a 20-year-old man, gave premature birth in the bathroom at a hospital in Kochi. The girl then reportedly flushed down the foetus in the toilet. The incident came to light on Wednesday when the minor had gone to the private hospital with her mother for check-up. While waiting, the girl went to the bathroom where she gave prematurely born. Instead of disclosing the matter to anyone, the young girl reportedly flushed the foetus down the toilet and went back for check-up, police official told PTI.
