Bollywood singer KK is no more. His sudden demise came as a shock to the world and we are still coming to terms with it. The singer is survived by his wife Jyothy and two children, Nakul Krishna Kunnath, and a daughter, Taamara Kunnath. His family reached Kolkata on June 1 and will take his body to Mumbai after the autopsy.

KK aka Krishna Kumar Kunnath met Jyothy when he was in class 6. In an episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, KK had revealed that he is married to his childhood love. He had revealed on the show that in order to marry his then-girlfriend, he took up a sales job as he was unemployed. KK worked at it for three months and then went on to pursue his dream of becoming a singer. On the show, KK also revealed that he has only dated one woman his entire life, Jyothy.
The duo tied the knot in 1991. KK got his first big break in music in 1994.
KK was doing multiple jingles and advertisements in Delhi, but it was his wife who encouraged him to move his base from Delhi to Mumbai. In a 2013 video, KK had revealed that his wife was the reason for the city change.
