In the latest episode of the reality series The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian broke down into tears after Kanye West got her the footage of her infamous sex tape featuring her ex-boyfriend Ray J. The rapper, who now goes by the name Ye, met Ray J to retrieve the rest of the 2007 footage from him.
Kim Kardashian got emotional when she told her family that Kanye had got the laptop and the hard drive for her which contained the footage. The mogul was moved by the gesture and couldn’t stop weeping.
She also said that the rapper retrieved the footage not just for her but for their kids as well. "I want to shield them from as much as I can," she said. "And, if I had the power to or if Kanye has the power to, like that is just the most important thing to me. And I'm just so emotional because of it," she added.
This happened last year, before Kim Kardashian started dating her now-boyfriend Pete Davidson. She filed for divorce from Kanye West in 2021. She was, in fact, declared legally single in March this year.
Kim Kardashian, however, also revealed that the footage did not contain any additional intimate scenes.
