Kerala has announced a special package for children who have been orphaned due to the Covid-19 pandemic, following the footsteps of several states.
The government of Kerala has decided to cover the educational expenses and offer a special relief package to the children in the state who have lost their parents to the Covid-19 pandemic after several state governments have decided to take similar steps. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has recently announced that the children in the state who have been orphaned due to the Covid-19 pandemic will be provided with a special package of Rs 3 lakh as an intermediate relief effort. Apart from the special package and monthly stipend provided by the state government, children who have lost their parents to the pandemic will also have their educational expenses covered till they graduate college.More Related News
