The Kerala government has said that uniforms will be made compulsory in schools from December 13 to clear confusion over the identity of school students while availing facilities.
On Saturday, the Kerala Education Minister V Sivankutty mentioned that uniforms will be made compulsory in schools from December 13. As per several media reports, the government took this decision to clear confusion over the identity of school students while availing several facilities like bus fare concessions, etc.
The education minister further added that schools for differently-abled students along with hostel facilities can reopen from December 8, 2021.
