Kartik Aaryan has reacted to being called 'king' by fans. The actor said, in an interview, that he wants to be called 'prince' instead.

Kartik Aaryan is basking in the glory of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2's success. The film, which was released on May 20, has crossed Rs 150 crore at the box office. Kartik is being showered with love and compliments from the audience for his performance in the film. Amid this, the actor has been getting various titles from fans. In a recent interview, the actor said he wouldn't like to take the title 'king' (which is used for Shah Rukh Khan). Instead, he added that he would like to take the title prince.

In an interview with RJ Siddharth Kannan, Kartik Aaryan said he doesn't know the importance of the titles given to him but he feels good.

"I don't know about the importance, but whenever I get these titles, of course, I feel good at first. I don’t think I want to accept the term king. I still have a long way to go, so it’s too early to say that. I’ll take prince. I am joking. I think I’m just happy with all the love that first started coming after Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety success or after Pyaar Ka Punchnama and now after Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2," the actor said,

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kartik Aaryan has a couple of films lined up in the pipeline. The actor will be seen in Freddy. Post which, he will be seen in Shehzada with Kriti Sanon. The film is the official Hindi remake of Allu Arjun's hit Telugu movie, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. Besides Kriti and Kartik, Shehzada also stars Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Sunny Hinduja, Ali Asgar and Ronit Roy.
