Karan Johar calls Dheeraj Dhoopar 'SRK of TV' in new Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 promo

Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 will air from September 3, 2022. Dheeraj Dhoopar's new promo is out as well.

One of the most loved reality shows, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, returns after 5 years. The star-studded show has roped in 12 contestants along with Madhuri Dixit, Karan Johar, and Nora Fatehi as judges and Manish Paul as the host. In a new promo shared by the channel, Dheeraj Dhoopar is seen performing to Kesariya, the new song from Brahmastra. Dressed in a shimmering outfit with his hair left wavy, Dheeraj seemed to have won Karan's heart already.

Dheeraj Dhoopar's first performance for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa received a lot of applause. Karan Johar even complimented Dheeraj's good looks and compared him to Shah Rukh Khan. Karan said that with his wavy hair and style, he resembles SRK. COLORS shared the promo and wrote, "Dheeraj ke dance ki pehli jhalak se kya aap bhi huye impress? Dekhiye #JhalakDikhhlaJaa 3rd September se Sat-Sun, Raat 8 baje, sirf #Colors par".

Dheeraj recently embraced fatherhood with his wife Vinny Dhoopar. Dheeraj said that he is very excited about JDJ 10 and he wants to be acknowledged as a dancer by the end of the season. Dheeraj was earlier seen in Sasural Simar Ka and later Kundali Bhagya. He will next be seen in Sherdil Shergill.

Meanwhile, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 will go on air on September 3, 2022. The confirmed contestants for the season includes, Nia Sharma, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Shilpa Shinde, Paras Kalnawat, Rubina Dilaik, Amruta Khanvilkar, Niti Taylor, Gashmeer Mahajani, Ali Asgar, and Faisal Shaikh.
