Kajol tests positive for Covid-19

Kajol took to social media today, January 30, to inform her fans and followers that she has tested positive for Covid-19. The actress also shared a picture of her daughter, Nysa Devgn.

The third wave of the novel coronavirus has hit the country hard. Many popular celebrities tested positive in the recent past, and recovered from it as well. The latest celeb to contract the deadly virus is Kajol. The actress took to her Instagram account today, January 30, to inform her fans and followers that she has tested positive for Covid-19. Instead of sharing her own picture, Kajol posted her daughter, Nysa Devgn's photo.

Kajol didn't want to post her own picture as she said she had a runny, red now. Instead, the actress posted Nysa Devgn's photo where the star kid is seen looking pretty with mehendi clad hands. Along with it, Kajol wrote, "Tested positive and I really don't want anyone to see my Rudolph nose so let's just stick to the sweetest smile in the world! Miss u @nysadevgan and yes I can see the eye roll (sic)."

On the work front, Kajol had signed The Last Hurray, a Revathi directorial. Meanwhile, Nysa is currently studying International Hospitality at Glion Institute of Higher Education in Singapore. Prior to this, she was in Singapore for her schooling.
