Soon, it became a topic of discussion. His speech also went viral on social media and he was seen faltering on at least five occasions.
In the programme, Assembly Speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha was the first to address. During his speech, Tejashwi raised the demand to set up a School of Democracy in Bihar. When he was repeatedly faltering during his speech, the tension was clearly visible on his face.
At first, he fumbled during the sentence, “Democracy will be prosperous and inclusive only with the participation of every section of the society according to the population.” He then got stuck while saying, “Therefore, I urge you to establish an institution like the School of Democracy and Legislative Study in Bihar.”
He again fumbled while saying, “We are sitting on the premises where life-size statue of Jannayak Karpoori Thakur is present.”
