Jantar Mantar case: Delhi court grants bail to BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay

A Delhi court has granted bail to BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay who was arrested in connection with the communal slogans raised near Jantar Mantar on Sunday.

A Delhi Court has granted bail to Ashwini Upadhyay, who was arrested in communal slogans raised near Jantar Mantar, on personal bond of Rs 50,000. BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay and five others were arrested in connection with the communal sloganeering near Jantar Mantar on Sunday, Delhi Police said on Tuesday. Others arrested included Vinod Sharma, Deepak Singh, Deepak, Vinit Kranti, Preet Singh, the police said.
