A sarpanch was critically injured after being shot at by suspected terrorists in the Khonmoh area on the outskirts of Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday.
The injured sarpanch was shifted to hospital and his condition is stated to be critical, ANI reported.

Earlier in the day, one person was killed and 13 others were injured in a blast at Slathia Chowk in Udhampur, police said. The injured people were rushed to the hospital. The matter is being investigated to ascertain the exact cause and origin of the blast.
