ISIS claims responsibility for terror attack in Srinagar which killed cop, injured 2

After an assistant sub-inspector (ASI) of J&K Police was killed and two constables were injured in a terror attack on Tuesday in Srinagar, the Islamic States Hind Province (Wilayat Al-Hind) claimed responsibility for the attack.
A video of the attack was shared by the ‘Islamic States Hind’ which showed the militants armed with a pistol shooting at the policemen. A picture of the confiscated weapon was also shared by the group.
Terror outfit Islamic State uses the name "Hind Province" for its operations in Jammu and Kashmir.
The video was published by the Islamic Central media outlet, Amaq.
A Jammu and Kashmir Police officer was killed and two constables were injured when terrorists attacked a police team on the outskirts of Srinagar.
The incident took place at around 7:15 pm when the terrorists fired at a police checkpoint in the Lal Bazar area.
The deceased ASI was identified as Mushtaq Ahmad while head constable Fayaz Ahmad and SPO Abu Bakar were injured in the attack.
