IAS exam topper Tina Dabi ready to tie the knot again, shares pic with fiance

Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Tina Dabi has shared a picture with her fiance on Instagram. Tina Dabi first hit the headlines in 2015 when she topped the IAS examination.

Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Tina Dabi is set to marry again. Dabi, an officer from the 2016 Rajasthan cadre, will be marrying Pradeep Gawande, who is from the 2013 cadre.

Dabi first hit the headlines when she topped the civil services exam in 2015. Later, her marriage with Athar Aamir Ul Shafi Khan, who came second in the 2015 IAS examinations, piqued people’s interest. However, the marriage was short-lived as the couple got divorced in 2021.

In 2015, Tina Dabi became the first person from the Dalit community to top the prestigious civil services examination. Dabi and Khan first announced their relationship on Facebook in 2016 and later their marriage in 2018. The couple officially announced their separation in 2020.

Dabi shared a picture of her fiancé, Pradeep Gawande, captioned: “I’m wearing the smile you gave me.” Gawande, too, shared a photo of the couple and captioned it: “Together, is my favourite place to be!”
