The son of a private school in charge in Hyderabad was arrested for sexually harrassing a minor girl.
A 21-year-old was arrested in Hyderabad for sexually harrassing a minor girl.
Mohd Rizwan Ahmed, son of a private school incharge in Santosh Nagar, lured the minor to his room situated above the school premises on the pretext of giving her a chocolate.
The victim's father approached the police on Thursday, following which a case was registered and the accused was arrested.
According to the police, the accused told the girl that her father had sent a lunch box, Cadbury, and biscuits and took the victim to his room, where he forced himself upon her.
Following a complaint by the victim's father, a case has been registered under sections 9(m) r/w 10 of POCSO Act & 354 (A), 509 IPC. Further investigation is underway.
