The wrestling legend, who has been a vocal Donald Trump supporter, got the reception of a heel during Netflix's premiere of "Raw.”
It seems that Hogan does not know best.
On Netflix’s Monday night premiere of WWE’s flagship “Raw” show, wrestling legend Hulk Hogan got verbally body-slammed by the California crowd at Inglewood’s Intuit Dome, as seen in footage circulating on social media.
Toward the end of the three-hour event, the Hulkster — whose real name is Terry Bollea — walked out on the stage to the song “Real American” and was swiftly greeted with thunderous boos at the jam-packed arena.
Although the audience wasn’t thrilled to see the WWE Hall of Famer, Hogan was keen to pretend like the jeering wasn’t happening and proceeded to sling his Real American Beer brand.
But the most ironic part came when Hogan decided to show his appreciation for the wrestling community, which he’s been a part of for over four decades.
“It’s made me really go inside myself,” the “Saltburn” star said.
The actor, now 49, spent much of the show's premiere season "desperately afraid that I was going to be fired."
